VolSync v0.9.3 will need to be released to rebuild with base image updates with CVE fixes.  This may need to happen next week (Week of Mon Aug 19th).

Note there are no code changes, but VolSync needed to be re-versioned because v0.9.z cannot be published to the stable channel anymore, now that v0.10.0 is the latest in the channel.  This is an OLM limitation we have to deal with on every .Y release.  Otherwise this would be a simple freshmaker re-spin.
