To ensure support for OCM service account credentials in Discovery, we will enhance our operator to detect and handle both the older OCMAPIToken and the newer service account credentials based on the Secret referenced in the DiscoveryConfig.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• [x] Discovery operator can distinguish between service account vs ocm offline token secret.
• [x] Discovery operator will use offline-token authentication as default method if spec auth_method field is missing.

• The code is complete.
