Search should be easier for users to find. It is currently under the Home section in left-hand navigation. It should be elevated out of the Home section into the main navigation list for better visibility.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• Elevate Search link in left-hand navigation
• Search route should transition from `/multicloud/home/search` -> `/multicloud/search` (redirect will be added for old route)
• All search code files should be elevated out of the home folder.
