As an MCH developer, I want to enhance the logging to display what resources are being created or deleted during the operator's reconcilation

      Value Statement

      To ensure that we have efficient logging in MCH, we will add additional logging to capture what resource (kind, name) that we are deploying upon install or deleting upon uninstall.

      Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

      • [ ] MCH operator logs when a resource is created.
      • [ ] MCH operator logs when a resource is deleted.

      Development Complete

      • The code is complete.
      • Functionality is working.
      • Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.

        build.
      • [ ] 100% automated unit/function test coverage for new or changed APIs.
