Description of problem:

With the latest version of hypershift/hcp, creating an AWS HCP requires STS credentials which MCE currently doesn't support.

We should update the command for creation to mention that the user either needs to:

1) add sts creds to secret-creds including aws_session_token OR

2) do not use secret-creds way

In both cases, the --role-arn argument needs to be included.
