1. Investigate how we can add RBAC to grafana to filter out cluster/policy from the sql queries. We will need to extract the clusters/policies the user can access - and change the SQL query. Is that doable?
2. Can we refactor the ACM Obs rbac-proxy and extend it for this case?
3. Or do we need to create a REST API  and build grafana dashboards on that instead of SQL Query?
