Writers should be adding the What's new entry to all Train items unless for some reason the engineers put a train label on a bug. (Those do not count as our "Train work" and we should remove those rare labels.)

We have this documented as part of the process of peer reviews, as well. 

App, GH, Business Cont are all empty but I can confirm there was some stuff to add here. I will follow up with the writer for those areas.

Cluster is in the MCE doc only, we lead to it from ACM. 

Please ensure everyone makes their updates...most have already done this. Then work with the content for natural flow, positive tone, consistency.
