Use case:

• The customer wants to configure alerts on ACM where a GRC policy violation is notified with an alert.
• As of now its possible to generate an alert when policy is violated using a custom rule expression like:

policy:policy_governance_info:propagated_noncompliant_count

!= 0

• But it does not tell about the managed cluster that has the alert generated against it, unless you create a grc policy per managed cluster.
