Value Statement

The standalone Global Hub agent (ie Global Hub Agent running on a ACM not imported into a GH) needs to be able to send data to an external Kafka as well as a http webhook/REST end point. We will need to publish the schema as well. It may need to do both or any one of them.

This dual send will become handy when this ACM will be imported to a GH / Management Fabric and it will need to send data to REST API of Common Inventory and Kafka (at least in 2.12 time frame). At a later time we may have to allow the user to configure what they want to send either way.
