      As part of the Konflux conversion the standard CPaaS deliverables will be produced at a lower cadence so to compensate for that interim period we have outlined the status of build availablity via Konflux throughout the 2.12 release that QE can adopt if they wish to test the product build from a more actively developed pipeline:

      1. Builds from Konflux will be available as operator bundles applied directly to the cluster after Sprint 1
      2. Builds from Konflux will be available as deployments using the FBC fragment to validate the product upon the end of Sprint 4
      3. Builds from Konflux will be available from the internal operator catalog by the end of Sprint 5

      Future work would allow for testing through the internal Red Hat staging registry
