      Description of problem:

      The link in the "Name" column of the discovery list for MultiClusterEngineHCP clusters doesn't lead anywhere.

      1. import managed mce hub with hcp
      2. go to discovered list in mce
      3. try to click on link for hcp in the table, observe no redirect
