Description of problem:

Observability - Choosing a date range past 30 days hangs the Grafana UI

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In the Grafana UI, go to General -> ACM - Clusters Overview
2. Select a date range of "Last 30 days"

Actual results:

Grafana UI hangs, shows "Gateway Time-out" error

Expected results:

Grafana should be able to show data pass 30+ days

Additional info:

Observability is configured on ACM/OCP on vSphere (on-prem) using a Thanos s3 object that is connected to AWS (cloud)
