Description of problem:

Need to ensure that CVE-2023-45288 is patched for Business continuity images:

• [x] cluster-backup-operator (patched in release-2.8 should make ACM 2.8.7 release)
• [x] volsync-addon-controller (patched in release-2.8 should make ACM 2.8.7 release)
• [x] volsync - not updating, v0.7 will not be updated following acm 2.11 (volsync v0.10.z and 0.9.z will be the supported releases)
