Description of problem:

After further discussion with Doc team and PM, the current info-alert link for cluster discovery need to be modified.

Actual results:

The Discovery configuration page contains an info-alert with a "Policy example" and "Learn more" link

Expected results:

The "Learn more" link should be removed. The "Policy example" link should point to the ACM Discovery doc, which should be updated to include the Policy example in question, and a link to the policy in our open-cluster-management policy-collection repo.

Update: "Policy example" link will also be changed to "View documentation" "Get started with automatic import"
