Objectives

1. To verify that all components currently supporting backup/restore are functioning as expected in a restored hub.
2. To verify that QE tests against the aforementioned components are working as expected and providing sufficient coverage in this scenario

Steps

1. Install latest OCP 4.15.z release on a cluster in AWS. Install latest ACM 2.11 build on top. Note there have been build issues as of May 23. Please use this last known stable build from May 22
2. Run E2E pipeline (All components) - backup will be created as part of this step.
3. Destroy/Stop the cluster from Step 1.
4. Perform the same deployment as in Step 1 on a fresh cluster.
5. Run 'Restore Pipeline'. This will restore the backup created in Step 2 onto the current cluster.
6. Run 'Post-restore QE pipeline' with all components except: search, GRC
