ACM console squad is adding copy into an information alert to bring awareness of new feature to customer. Doc team review is requested to confirm that copy is effective and succinct in its relaying of information. 

Additionally, the discovery docs need to be updated with the contents of the auto-import policy and with a link to the new home of the policy, which should be within the open-cluster-management policy-collection repo.

This Task thus depends on the new policy being committed to that repository. (Doc additions will be tracked in ACM-11278)
