Observability - alert are not forwarded to the alertmanager through tls passthrough

      Description of problem: Follow the Doc https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HiK_gDr_jT0eBZjD4kTnrDPL72qalbPuSFo5cn4FMvk/edit to setup ACM + reverse proxy terminates SSL connection.

      And also follow the https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ACM-11407 to add custom alert URL into the MCOCR

      Followed the https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_advanced_cluster_management_for_kubernetes/2.10/html/governance/security#replacing-cert-alertmanager to create the BYO secret for replacing certificates for alertmanager route.

      But there's no alerts are list in the alert manager

      1. Add custom alert URL into the MCOCR
        spec:
          advanced:
            customAlertmanagerHubURL: https://slai-rp-server.dev09.red-chesterfield.com:6443/acm/
      2. Followed the https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_advanced_cluster_management_for_kubernetes/2.10/html/governance/security#replacing-cert-alertmanager to create the BYO secret for replacing certificates for alertmanager route.

      1. Check in the alertmanager, there's no alert list
