Value Statement

ACM's dashboard needs to show if compliance is working and not specifically the compliance status.  Our SLO is for the framework and not the payload specifically.

The existing status metric does NOTHING when no status is found, we will start to retunr -1.  This -1 may be sent if status is not determined in a reasonable amount of time (should it be configurable).

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• Metric that provides us with confidence that the Policy Configuration framework is available.

Development Complete

• The code is complete.
• Functionality is working.
• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.

Tests Automated

• [ ] Unit/function tests have been automated and incorporated into the
  build.
• [ ] 100% automated unit/function test coverage for new or changed APIs.

Secure Design

• [ ] Security has been assessed and incorporated into your threat model.

Multidisciplinary Teams Readiness

• [ ] Create an informative documentation issue using the [Customer
  Portal_doc_issue template](

  and ensure doc acceptance criteria is met. Link the development issue to
  the doc issue.
