      Value Statement

Managed Service Account is an MCE level O-C-M.io artifact. This allows you to create a Service Account.  It does NOT make sense to put the clusterPermission resource in ACM, so that any product trying to integrate with MCE for fleet management and availability will NOT be able to programmatically define Roles in the fleet.
