OpenShift Quickstart for removed feature still created by MCE

      Description of problem:

      MCE still installs an OpenShift Quickstart referring to the "multicluster switcher" feature which was a tech preview feature that has been removed.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Go to Help > Quickstarts on a cluster with MCE installed
      2. Type "multicluster switcher" in the search box

      Actual results:

      A tile for the Quickstart is present

      Expected results:

      There should be no Quickstart with this title
