Forecasting in ACM Observability

2. What is the nature and description of the request?
Customer would like to have a forecasting view in RHACM Observability.

Here are the use-cases for the customer:

• We would like to have the possibility to how much resources (CPU, memory, etc.) will be needed for an application/namespace or cluster-wide in the future (so a prediction e.g. timeseries prediction based on previous values)
• This feature would be necessary for both: cluster and namespace scope.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
For resource forecasting for their OpenShift Container Platform clusters and to anticipate changes in the future related to resource consumption.
