OCPSTRAT-1258 - KubeVirt CSI RWX Block Support

This is an update to the HCP OpenShift Virtualization storage documentation which can be found here, https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_advanced_cluster_management_for_kubernetes/2.10/html/clusters/cluster_mce_overview#configuring-storage-kubevirt
What we need to to do is provide a table that clearly maps what infra csi Volume and Access mode capabilities can be mapped to kubevirt csi today. This will serve as documentation that RWX block mode is now supported in 4.16 and help clarify the limitations of other volume/access mode combinations.
Volume Mode and Access Mode Table
Infra CSI Capability | Guest CSI Capability | VM Live Migration Support | Other Notes |
---|---|---|---|
RWX: Block or Filesystem | RWO Block or Filesystem RWX Block only |
Supported | Infra block mode is preferred because infra Filesystem VolumeMode results in degraded guest block mode performance. Guest support for RWX Block VolumeMode is only supported when the guest cluster is OCP 4.16 or greater. |
RWO Block | RWO Block or Filesystem | Not Supported | Lack of Live Migration support impacts the ability to update the underlying Infra cluster hosting the KubeVirt VMs. |
RWO Block | RWO Block or Filesystem | Not Supported | Lack of Live Migration support impacts the ability to update the underlying Infra cluster hosting the KubeVirt VMs. Infra Filesystem VolumeMode results in degraded guest block mode performance. |
