Required changes:

• Refactor the Prow ClusterClaim Bash script to provision claims in parallel and add a managed cluster to the workflow configuration
  (Sample PR, but it's missing the parallel piece: https://github.com/openshift/release/pull/51057)
• Enable manual trigger of the integration tests (also implemented in the PR)

• Enable the framework tests to accept and handle the multiple kubeconfigs available in the kubeconfig folder, and add commands to attach the managed cluster to the hub cluster (if it's not handled already in the workflow)
