Value Statement

When a user chooses to install MCE as a standalone operator, we must ensure that the discovery feature, which automatically imports ROSA clusters, functions independently of ACM deployment. Since Discovery is an MCE feature, it should operate for customers without requiring ACM.

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner (Checklist)

• [x] KlusterletAddOnConfig is ignored if CRD is not present on the cluster.
