• go-template-utils is updated to export the regex related string functions from Sprig. Specifically, regexMatch, mustRegexMatch, regexFindAll, mustRegexFindAll, regexFind, mustRegexFind, and regexQuoteMeta.
• config-policy-controller is updated to use the new go-template-utils version.
• governance-policy-propagator is updated to use the new go-template-utils version.
