By default, controller-runtime set the cacheSyncTImeout to 2mins; however, if a user is managing a large cluster with a heavy workload, the cache is susceptible to timing out due to not having enough time to cache the resources. This will assist in provide a few more minutes to allow the sync to take place successfully.
