GOAL: Ultimately we need a document that is easy to navigate and easy to maintain.

      1. The content has become hard to manage, as sections have grown and been added over time. This creates too much toil and leads to frustration when even small changes need to be made.
      2. The disparate flow of the content (sometimes provider on the left; sometimes provider on the top) makes the it hard to consume and the overall user experience is poor.

A few specific changes that we noted while reviewing the doc together:

      • global hub policy is no longer tech preview
      • scale clusters can remove the additional (paren text)
      • clusterPool and cluster hibernate could move the AWS/Azure/GCP text into a *-sub text footer note
      • extra verbosity eg in the Ansible integration, Cluster discovery, should be eliminated as DOC should be the place for that kind of info.
