1. Install ACM 2.10
2. Navigate to Operators > Installed Operators on the Openshift console.
3. Verify the links documentation is pointing to v2.9.

Actual results:

ACM 2.10 documentation link is set for ACM 2.9.

Expected results:

ACM 2.10 documentation link should point to ACM 2.10.
