      Value Statement

Currently, the source work client returns immediately for status resync, it doesn't have a HasSynced() method, either. Consequently, it's impossible to determine whether the resync process has been completed.

As resync() call from cloudevents client by nature are asynchronous, we may need implement a HasSynced() in the source client, enabling users to accurately determine the completion status of the resync process.
