      Description of the problem:

In the Clusters(plural) page, for each cluster(singular), there is an "upgrade available" link.
When Following it for the local-cluster entry, it is referred to as if there might be more that one cluster in that list, there is also an option to sort by name although there will always be a single cluster .

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. deploy a hub cluster, I used this job for that : https://auto-jenkins-csb-kniqe.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/job/CI/job/job-runner/2524/
      2. on the UI, go to the clusters list, on my setup : https://console-openshift-console.apps.ocp-edge-cluster-0.qe.lab.redhat.com/multicloud/infrastructure/clusters/managed
      3. It can also be reached by a specific cluster detailes page for local-cluster, https://console-openshift-console.apps.ocp-edge-cluster-0.qe.lab.redhat.com/multicloud/infrastructure/clusters/details/local-cluster/local-cluster/overview
      4. for the local-cluster, follow the "update available" link (also can get there from the 3 dots menu of that particular cluster)

      Actual results:

      1. It is referred to as clusters(plural) instead of Cluster(singular), although there will always be one
      2. it is implemented as a list of clusters, that can be sorted by name acceding / descending order, although there will always be one, the sorting by name (arrow) is useless.

      Expected results:

      1. Referred as a single cluster, without sorting implementation, as it is for my hosted cluster on that setup:
