Epic Goal

• In ACM 2.4 or later, will the applications Overview screen that lists all of the apps show the sync status of each application for both ACM and ArgoCD apps? In 2.3 you currently need to drill into each application individually. 
  What would be also nice is to have a dashboard/pie chart that shows that "X applications propagated, Y applications failed, Z applications are out-of-sync"
