[RFE] Add an option to ignore the applications that are deployed outside of ACM

      • ACM populates all the applications deployed on the clusters irrespective of whether its deployed from ACM or it has been deployed externally.
      • This is causing performance issues with the ACM dashboard in a scenario where thousands of applications have been deployed.

       

      Customer expectation:

      They don't want to see argocd applications not managed by ACM in the ACM console.
      Currently they are using ACM to deploy policies to manage openshift clusters. There is no application deployment via ACM.
