Epic Goal
Provide French and Spanish translations for the console.
Why is this important?
Providing the ACM/MCE console experience in more languages makes use more accessible to more users and adding French and Spanish keeps us in line with the languages offered by the OpenShift console.
Scenarios
When a user selects French or Spanish as their language in the OpenShift console, the ACM/MCE dynamic plugins should also display their content in the selected language.
Acceptance Criteria
- Console is enabled for French and Spanish (either using OpenShift console option or query string for testing - ?lng=fr or ?lng=es)
- Translations have been obtained
