Minor Epic Goal
Adding customizable links relevant to a cluster on its detail page depending on labels
Why is this important?
This makes gestion of a large number of clusters easier, especially when other tools get involved with some clusters but not all.
Scenarios
The customer raising this has a large amount of clusters and applications managed by ACM - they want for instance to save a url in a label that they can apply to a cluster, such as a Splunk URL, Grafana URL or other
Acceptance Criteria
Ability to store a url in a label so that it becomes a clickable link for the cluster. The first implementation may not need to be able to handle more than storing a string that is actually a url.
