Description of problem:
Navigation:
Governance -> Policy sets -> (click on policy set's three vertical dots) -> View details
Issue:
When mouse hovering on diagram, text "Cluster with policy violations: 1" is not aligned properly, as a result text is not readable

2.Navigate to Governance -> Policy sets -> (click on policy set's three vertical dots) -> View details
3.When mouse hovering on diagram, text "Cluster with policy violations: 1" is not aligned properly, as a result text is not readable

Text is not readable

Text should be readable
