Define, document and create a Lifecycle Support Matrix for ACM Operators

Definition of Done for Engineering Story Owner 

• Matrix will include the lifecycle support for each AMC operator. Details in matrix will be reviewed and approved by program stakeholders and published for consumption. To be included in ACM Playbook.
