We pull the latest OCM for the addon-controller to deploy core OCM/MCE components. This is error prone if the OCM repo introduces breaking changes. While it should stay with the latest upstream so that we can keep pace with the changes, we need to set the branch in stolostron so these changes don't unnecessarily break past releases.
