Epic Goal
Now we can use the addon template API to develop an ACM addon, but the addon template only supports deploying the Deployment type addon agent, in some cases, we need to deploy the Daemonset type agent on the managed cluster.
The goal of thid epic is to make the AddonTemplate API support deploying daemonsets
