Description of problem:

The YAML editor used in search doesn't show users any feedback when an error occurs because of an invalid YAML.

1. Search for any resource and open the YAML editor
2. Provide an incorrect YAML, for example use a duplicate key or incorrect indentation.
3. Click Save and nothing happens.
