While creating a HCP cluster on Red Hat virtualization, The step 2 mentioned login to OpenShift Container Platform.

A hyperlink to oc login command is provided which opens nothing.

Run the following `oc login` command.

Either of the below can be provided:
 
a. link to documentation of oc login command 
b. hyperlink to get API token as below:

https://oauth-openshift.apps.chdeshpa-acmtest.example.com/oauth/token/display 
c. remove hyperlink and provide generic command on UI itself.

    2. Switch to ACM UI and click on create cluster
    3. Select Red Hat virtualization as platform
    4. Click on the hyperlink to oc login command.
