ARO is not upgradable via UI

      Description of problem:

      After importing ARO to ACM, upgrade option not available. Under Distribution version, it shows incorrect name. 

      How reproducible: 

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a ARO spoke and import it
      2. Go to cluster detail page and trigger an upgrade
      3. Verify Distribution Version

      Actual results:

      No upgrade option available. Distribution Version shows OpenShift

      Expected results:

      Upgrade available. Distribution Version shows ARO
