Description of problem:

When attempting to destroy a hosted cluster via the bulk actions options menu on the Cluster list page, only the managed cluster is deleted (detach) but not the hostedcluster. This leaves the cluster in pending import state.

1. create hosted cluster via UI, import
2. on the clusters list page, select checkbox on the hosted cluster
3. Select "Actions" > Destroy clusters 
4. observe cluster detaches, but hostedcluster is not destroyed
