      Epic Goal

Allow for either disabling the loadbalancer when importing kubernetes (non-OCP) clusters or allow for custom tagging.

      Why is this important?

Loadbalancer is failing due to AWS security policies put in place by customer.

      Scenarios

Customer is attempting to import EKS cluster but because of AWS security policies that rely on a tagging structure the loadbalancer is failing. Need a way to either disable this or allow for applying the tagging.
