To avoid the route for the IBIO component being removed in MCE, we need to enhance our automation to tolerate the resource.

Definition of Done (Checklist)

• [x] Update the automation process to properly ignore image-based-install-operator routes within the component template directory.
• [x] Verify that the enhanced automation correctly handles the exclusion of specified routes.
• [x]Test the automation to ensure it does not cause any unintended side effects.
