Background

The release process for our collections still involves some manual effort. As we move to a more frequent release cycle, it would be beneficial to investigate how to automate as much of the release as possible. The networking team may be working on something similar that we could benefit from. Talk to Brad to find out what they have done in this space, and create a solution for automating the release process for our collections.

Before implementing this in the amazon collections, please discuss the proposed solution with the community. Both tremble and markuman are actively involved in our current release process.

Definition of Done

• A GHA to automate the release process has been added to our collections.
• A demo of the release process has been shared with the team.
