Background

The kubernetes.core integration tests require a cluster to test against. We currently use kind. When migrating this collection please consider whether there are existing solutions in GHA that we can leverage for cluster setup.

Definition of Done

• The kubernetes.core integration tests are running in GHA
• The kubernetes.core integration tests are disabled in Zuul
• The overall structure of the integration testing and any relevant configuration or quirks of the tests are documented in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1R7sKJXBKJc9vc0w5RBzUKM4JmRESee6Yk9ARR3nmDF4/edit
