Placebo and VCR.py allow to record HTTP interactions and replay them for offline testing.

The goal of the story is to evaluate how we can integrate these technologies with our existing test infrastructure.

Ideas to evaluate

• automatically upload the recording of the HTTP interaction at the end of a test
• reuse a recording (e.g: with AWS or VMware)

Condition of satisfaction

We should have a Google Doc (=~ 3 pages) that explore the different options and the associated complexity (potentially with a small PoC). From this, we will decide if we want to go further.
