Major jrouleau I'm not sure how we want to record these problems.
We had PRs failing to run integration tests. I don't fully understand why, but I believe https://github.com/ansible/ansible-zuul-jobs/pull/1373 was designed to address the problem. This change itself seems to be failing.
This has effectively caused a CI outage on the k8s repo since March 3.
