Role - azure_manage_resource_group

Task: delete

Lack of time between removing the lock and the removal of the resource group. While testing the azure_manage_resource_group role, I encountered a problem. After deleting the lock, there isn't enough time before deleting the resource group itself. Consequently, it fails to delete the resource group because it appears that the lock still exists. Therefore, we need to add more time between these tasks.
