We currently have one servicenow test instance - ansible.service-now.com. It is currently running Utah (glide-utah-12-21-2022__patch9-hotfix1b-01-16-2024). Meanwhile, Washington DC has been released (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-release-notes/page/release-notes/family-release-notes.html).
In order to reasonably certify servicenow.itsm on Washington DC we need to be able to test against it; we may also need additional test instances for customer bug reproducers. (We have had one so far - that thankfully was reported on Utah P1 H1).
Ideally, we would like, n-1,n,n+1 where n represents currently released/supported servicenow releases. Currently we only have the one instance, and the ability to request and use PDIs (Personal Developer Instances) on the ServiceNow site.
